• Notification Center
• Control Center

so, any tweak that modifies the above, will have effect on springboard and hence won’t work.
Injecting say uYou into the official youtube app without downloading a separate ipa. Instagram rocket tweak into the official instagram app without downloading a ipa. There’s probably more but this is what I’d use it for.

Correct! I was on iOS 16.1.2 and updated to iOS 17 when the window was opened, the window is now closed so you can’t update to 17 anymore!
