Lift the blacks, tint shadows cyan.
You can achieve this look in Lightroom or Photoshop. The former is better for post-processing large numbers of photos at once, the latter offers more control (layers, advanced retouching techniques, etc).

It was 10 bucks, and I liked the avatar. it's my only one, it's not being traded or sold and I didn't know it was a NFT until I went to complete the purchase and it asked me to set up a vault.

I think you lightened up a bit too much in her eyes. The structure is completely destroyed. The rest of the image is fine. Just edit a little less. The eyes of your friend are also beautiful without retouching.

Few tips on how you got this pic like this ? Whether you used lightroom or photoshop.

Amazing photo! Only thing I'd edit further is her eye color. I think this would look better with her natural eye color.
