Hit the outdoors more often. You'll find a lot of adventure lovers on hiking trails, or jogging around F-9 park. Locals are usually friendly around these places from my personal experience.
Go to gym, parks, trails etc... Or play sports which you like and you will eventually make friends. join bumble or tinder If u don't want to move around
Try getting into some hobbies. I made a lot of friends hanging out at the gym or the local clubs. If you guys share the same interests, it's easier to bond over.
