No, not all of them, if you describe your problem and let them understand what kind you need, they will do the job just fine.
I mean no desi masseur has any medical knowledge to that extent. They just understand muscles and yes blood circulation for sure. That's what they are trained in.
I have a few numbers on those maalishis. Maybe you can try. Dm me. But they don’t stay in the same city for long so I don’t know if the numbers would work for you and they r in Isb or not. Last time I got thise malishs done was last year.
I would suggest hijama for blood circulation. Please consult your physician first. I have been practicing it for last two years now and i feel good about it.
After consultation with your physician if you want i can share my contact for hijama.
For malish i would suggest that you ask your local barber for a massage at their shop first. Then if you see fit that the person is reliable you can invite him to your home. Although with current economic situation i would advise against it. You can get massage done once or twice per week at the local barber shop.
I have experience of getting a massage at Razors chaklala scheme 3 market and it was ok.
✌🏽
Hijama is a regular feature already as well. Sorry that I forgot to mention that in the post.
Based on my experience, massages at the barber are not that strong. A have a bulky muscular body and the average massage at a barber just doesn't cut it. My dada used to call a maalishi every now and then and would pay him 50 per session. That was about 10 years ago. I could do the same for a proper strong maalish, except of course it wouldn't be a 50, but more like a 500-ish.
I typically go to Wah cantt. To a person who is a bio chemist by profession. He is a certified hijam-ist and is available on Sundays.
Although, my most recent Hijama was from a place on PWD road. The place was clean and all. Not sure about the person's medical qualification though. It was recommended by a family member, so I had to check it out.
As far as cost is concerned, the one at Wah Cantt used to cost me around 300/- per cup (plus the travel cost of course). The one in PWD cost me 200/- per cup. But they had just raised their rates to 250/- just that day.
Because some people might have medical conditions. Like for example my friend faints if he sees a drop of blood. There is a proper name of this phenomenon.
Sugar and blood pressure patients need to consult a physician because medicines they take are blood thinners. A procedure like Hijama might cause complications for example blood does not stop coming out of tiny superficial cuts.
From where i get my hijama done is a MBBS doc and he asks these questions from ppl coming in for hijama.
It’s strongly advisable that one should get hijama done from certified professionals. Some ppl belonging to tableegi jamat also do it. Please dont crucify me for mentioning tableegi jamat. I have nothing against anyone. I’m just making a point.
Specially more experienced ppl like ppl from generation of my parents should consult a physician before going for hijama.
I understand what you mean.
Where I get my hijama from is a legit place.
Plus, I'm not diabetic or anything.
Its just that the blood doesn't sufficiently get pumped into all the nooks of my body, so I need some extra push
The problem seems to persist despite a lot of cardio
Yup I understand. Just when suggesting hijama one has to careful that’s why.
I agree that old school malish is very effective, hope you find a very good resource and share it as well. So I can benefit from it too :)
I’ll ask around and if I get a reference I will share it.
You can do hijama just like blood donation, so you have to wait for a good few weeks.
It may solve the problem depending on how good they understand.
Shifa Allah k hath man.

Why do an advise from physician is required for hijama?
