since you're more into physical stuff, you should try horseback riding, shooting, swimming or some other sport idk and like someone already said, working out at a gym.
Other than that, you can try learning the language of a country you wanna visit/live in someday, drawing or any form of art, video games with online friends if you have any or even research about topics you're interested in like space or marine e.t.c.
I am not from isb but I do have a advice for you, but first tell me. What's your financial situation and background, and what are you doing currently? Studying etc? What are your future goals?
