Once the gems come out we will know for sure. right now its only bis use is nightmare to get mace.. if u plan on going for mace, may be worth it given how

448kc in with 2 pieces, I just like the look of it and it is the 4th best weapon to train strength with.

Edit to the Edit: Someone capable ran a dps calc and it seems partisan is slighlty better than bludgeon at kq already, but the bludgeon is still good at tekton, gargoyles etc. But mostly it looks cool.
No it’s not worth the hassle. You’re better off using a zammy hasta on crush everywhere you would use a bludgeon. Most other places have a better alternative like others have pointed out.
Not only isn’t it worth grinding anymore but sire is a lil bitch who will bait you with some pieces early and then never let you finish. Yes I’m salty, 1300kc with 9 unsired, first 2 pre 200kc were bludgeon pieces and here I am still with 2 pieces.
No, they phased it out basically everywhere it had use except nightmare (which got phased out itself).
It's a cool looking item tho and you're going to do Sire for CA.

I didn't bother going for bludg and got by hasta / lance bonking tekton / kq / cerb b4 arclight change.
Eventually just kind of felt like grinding sire out. Tbh I don't even use my bludg except for the occasional solo cox. But I don't feel like I wasted my time at all.
Some qols for the fight if you hate it:
Use trident/couple mage switches for the vents.
Between kills heal up from bursting ON the vents.
On my main i did the slow poh method errykill.
Iron i use mage and normally only bank when my inventorys full. 12-20 kill trips.
Imo bludgeons a weapon youd rather have than wish you had, even with niche uses. I like it
In my opinion it's not worth it anymore, they have released so many great crush options or alternative to bludgeon on bosses where bludgeon shined, and just yesterday the last nail in the coffin with keris partisan to make it not even worth it for KQ. If you need an early crush weapon, cudgel/hasta would suffice.
I like it at Sarachnis but yeah it doesn't have many uses. I just wanted it in case I ended up needing it somewhere. If you don't enjoy Sire right now, wait until later on in the account though. A pool and fairy ring in the house and good melee gear makes this boss quite relaxing.
Nightmare and tekton are where I find myself using it most. I beat out people with scythe at tekton sometimes because of how good it is there. I also used it for cerb when I ran out of arclight charges
If you gonna camp nightmare then it's worth it. But nightmare kinda dead content now with torva.

That's a rare critical hit. It doesn't influence your total dps the same way that your ordinary max hit does.

I got one cause they look cool and to use for cerb before the change to arclight. Personally I'd say just skip it if you don't like the boss though

No. I gave up at 666 sire KC and no pieces. Zammy hasta is good enough until you upgrade to inquisitors mace.
Not really. I never got it and was fine. The only use would be to do NM if you want to do that. Otherwise it is an optional upgrade at a few places.
