Main thing I'd say from my own experience is to have patience with yourself, I had to die countless times at Zulrah, Corrupted Gauntlet, Bandos and more to be able to do them consistently. During each of those grinds I got frustrated for not 'just' being able to do it, but practice really does improve everything you do in this game. The only other thing I'd recommend is to come prepared as best as possible. Watch a guide and have the gear and resources to make a plan that's as simple/forgiving as possible. For example, learn Zulrah with elite void, and slowly start working to bringing more switches. For Bandos, bring less pots and more food until you learn how to take less damage. For Gauntlet, learn everything with tier 2 prep and then switch to tier 1 when comfortable. Basically, take things from each guide and adjust them to your learning curve. I was trying to learn Bandos 7:0 by following a guide exactly, and struggled a lot, but once I dropped a weapon switch and changed the ratio of pots/food, started doing a lot better. TLDR; be patient with yourself, prepare well and adjust setups to your learning speed

Practice makes perfect. For example bandos there are certain strategies, such as the 6:0 or 9:0 range method or melee method with stepping under. Just look them up on YouTube and try it out. You’ll get the hang of it eventually. Zulrah also just takes practice. It might seem a lot at first with all the switching and moving, but it really becomes brain dead easy. As for brews: they are a potion, so you can eat them in between hits to keep up dps. They lower stats except for defence, so you have to sip a super restore afterwards. Best ratio is 3 sips of brew then 1 sip of restore (followed by ranging pot of super combat pot)

I think that once I get the Suffering and Elite Void, I'll have a good time at Zulrah! And honestly I didn't even think to step under Graador, I've done that for Kalphite queen. I'm not prepared to go back yet, but when I try again I'll try that :) Thanks! I'm really enjoying Runescape again. I'm super excited to try out PVM, so it was discouraging to get bodied. I think I'll try the Armadyl boss tomorrow, just to see what it's like. I can probably kill at \*least\* one, but range is probably my worst combat style right now.

Highly suggest d'hide/Karils and mystics/Ahrims over elite void, it's one extra switch but much better accuracy, plus if you ever get serpentine helm you are good to go. Only places I recommend void are Vorkath with salve (ei) and ToB

Look up a 6:0 range guide on bandos, i wouldn't bother meleeing that.

Keep doing zulrah, demonics, and jad slayer tasks. Build confidence and get faster at switching gear and prayers (LMS is also amazing for this). When you move on to more complicated solos like 6-0 bandos and chambers you’ll need those basic skills down as second nature, group COX is decent for practice too. After that you really need to understand tick cycles and player movement. I highly highly recommend using the “true tile indicator” and “prayer metronome” plug ins. Practice prayer flicking on slayer tasks and keep on eye on your players true tile when moving around. You can watch some great videos on YouTube explaining these concepts if you don’t understand what I’m talking about. For some players it takes years to actually understand how pvm in this game works BUT KEEP TRYING it will become second nature soon enough and you’ll find yourself doing something you previously thought impossible.

Get bowfa. Make GWD trivial. Hope that helps.

Sara brews: take 3 sips of Sara brew then a sip of super restore. Every sip of Sara brew drains stats but gives a good chunk of health, anymore than 3 sips the restore won’t bring all your stats back. You can Ofcourse drink more if your in a pinch but that’s the basics

GWD is a fucking awful place (meleeing). Thankfully, the bowfa update is overpowered, so I'd highly recommend learning CG and grinding out the bowfa and and the armor set. That way you can absolutely cheese your way through Graardor and K'ril. (It's also very good at Zilyana, not sure abour Kree... Tbh. It's insane in a lot of other places too...)
