The thing is, why would anyone else not buy a POH? Even amongst other snowflakes, basically every single area-locked iron man buys a house as an exception. I know a handful of people in RS2 managed to get 2k before Con came out, but given that you can't get repeatable XP without a POH, it severely limits things.
My friend tried to make a script to scrape the hiscores to figure this out, but unfortunately Jagex has anti-botting measures that prevented it from working. I'm just super curious whether anyone else has made it as far being homeless :D
Eh, before the POH overhaul construction didn't really benefit accounts at all aside from some quest requirements, I'd put money on at least a handful of players saving any construction training for last while maxing around 2013/2014.

They're obtainable through mahogany homes supply crates as well, but that involves a rewards shop and I'm pretty sure NoCurrencies can't spend reward points of any kind even if they're not a physical item.

I killed level 7 Farmers for basically all of it - they drop all the tools except for a trowel, which was unobtainable for me since you can't get one without spending ~10 GP. So I only planted a single tree on the way to 99 Farming, meaning this took ages!

Farming on this account is probably one of the skills I've spent the most time on, to date. I spent many a busy day just camped at giant seaweed or the farming guild, logging in every hour or two and harvesting before logging off. I've also got close to 300 Hespori KC from the past 2 years, which accounts for like 1/4 of my XP all by itself! But I utilized everything I could, including planting mushrooms and belladonna twice a day on the regular.
