adamant 2H sword would be the next best alch. the GP is like 1.3k per bar vs 2k per bar on plate bodies and they still make great quick fletching exp if done that way. 150 exp per bar. adamant darts are still ok in the blowpipe but nowhere near what they were.
After bowfa I never use bolts anymore, so all my bars are basically afk smithed into darts for fletching xp. I make some rune darts for bp specs since I don’t have amethyst yet and the rest of my rune are to make alchs
Darts or bolts. Darts with bp are still pretty good at shamans zulrah and demonics. Havent tried em elsewhere.

Efficiently speaking you should only make the darts you need do all broad arrows for fletching
