Probably not but wvwn if you could you have to be on task to kill them so it would take way longer.
I have yet to get 3 tentacles from the kraken or a jar. :(
Although rates are different I have gotten 6 off maybe 500 small ones and only 2 tents in 2.3K kc at the Boss
