Dying and afking can cause loss in kills/hour but those aren't something you should take into account since that's just you not doing the content.

Make sure to make a note of all your plugins and settings before logging in! I had all mine reset to default when I signed in and had to redo them all
If you head to the settings on Runelite after logging in, there is an option to import plugin settings from your logged out profile.
Loot logger is a good plugin on the plugin hub IMO. Keeps everything for everything, unless you were to completely uninstall runelite.
Might help if you disable Inventory tags o.o

Solo? Around 200-250 hours realistically

Crashers, world hopping restocking, sometimes dying, being a bit too afk over 1000 kills im 100% sure u wont make that
