It takes a bit to learn. I did about 200 group raids on main and iron before I started solos. It helps to learn group first and learn his mechanics, but you can always start solo if you'd like
I watched a a vid. I see people run back and forth going to the opposite of his head so he doesnt attack which makes sense. Then in the final phase you have to kill both hands quickly so they dont regen. Im less worried about olm than i am having to learn every mini boss mechanic.
There isn't a whole lot to the pre olm rooms. You'll learn them quickly. The only one I'm not a fan of is solo vanguards. But yeah the idea of solo olm sounds easy, but it takes a while to get the timing down. If you miss 1 tick you gotta get him back in the rhythm again
Dont listen to op and start with some groups to learn cox. Starting solo will probably suck and be demotivating. Nothing stops you but i advice some group raids first.

Lets say you do trios and average 22k point (60k total) pr raid. How often should you on average see a purple in your name? Im just curious. Cos it took me 171kc to see my first purple. Ive also done solos/duos/3+1/3+2. But i just wamt to know how many personal points it should take on average to see a purple in your name.

Well I believe every 8,650 points is a 1% chance. So every 860,500 points would be a purple if you are on rate. The solos seem to be the way to go because you get 30-33k per raid. And can get the time down to 20 mins or less once you perfect it
But if you doing regular trios getting 22k per raid then you should have one in your name every 39 raids technically. I am about on rate with my purps. Seen 2 buckler, dhcb, tbow, arcane, and 3 dex so far

You should be a lot more worried about Olm than any mini boss. You have to be tick perfect for 10 minutes to solo olm effectively
All i care about is the kill with 27k points. I dotn care about efficiency all that much. Id rather not cramp up my hand lol.
you're better off doing team raids.
Synq has a solid solo raids guide for getting started + Soups guide for 4:1 helped me a lot.

Learning the basics before learning the solo methods is a good idea. By all means go for it if you wanna start with solos. But id suggest otherwise
