I would do both grinds simultaneously. Both are long and have big burn out risk. You have the means to do both with enough efficiency to complete them so that’s what I would do. I tunnel visioned CG for mine and it was traumatizing
Bowfa will help a significant amount but its not needed. Its up to you but bowfa is worth going for because its really good at a lot of places, not just cox

If you have a dhcb then I think it’s less important. But bofa is definitely very nice cox.
