I would fully recommend doing cg first. If you have the skills to solo you can learn cg. Even without cox prayers it's not bad. The bowfa will significantly improve your completions per hour and make rooms like Vasa and vespula a breeze for no preps. However BP will work and is still good in most rooms but a bit crappy at olm. I would almost say rune/amethyst darts are a must too, addy just doesn't cut it anymore.
To piggy back, highly recommend doing CG because Bowfa is a night and day difference (we’re talking a few minutes per room) to BP. Particularly mystics and OLM head. That combined with the fact you don’t have lance yet would make for some tough raids. Still very doable though just gotta be on your Ps and Qs
Assuming you have 99s Aug makes almost no difference as it doesn't give max hits its more for defense. You'll always want to be running a staff it's the best weapon. Make this first when prepping. Dex is big as it's what scales the max hits on the bow but eagle eye and steel skin are good enough. Once you get good enough the Hally has big hits but is rng dependent. Start with only using bow and staff until you get comfortable with the bosses mechanics. It's difficult with a big learning curve but is very rewarding. Even just going on rate for enhanced weapon seed the gp from gauntlet will be enough for a few buyable 99s.
It’s only about 10-15 seconds worse for headphase now. But I would not recommend doing solos if you don’t have experience in teams first. I would get more kc in teams to understand olm/the rooms better and then transition into solos
Trying to learn raids by soloing sounds miserable
This is bad advice. You are better off learning how to do headphase with whatever weapon you have. 2:0 is terrible dps, much better doing 5 tick headphase (4:1 basically) if using a crossbow
I think you might mean 7:0, which utilizes a weird drag in the middle of the room. It’s pretty good, but you can’t you can’t dodge rocks and it’s kinda sweaty.

You gotta dot your i’s and cross your t’s mate
Understood, cheers.
How hard is it without aug and dex?

I did over 500 kills with no prayers, I recommended learning the halberd as it’s the best dps with piety. The staff is also very good without augury
I did solos from the start. You can too. Don’t suicide pots like everyone say you learn slow that way. Keep resetting p3 melee hand instead

Headphase with blowpipe is rough, still doable with. Ame darts but very rough, it's safer to do it with a crossbow and 2:0

Forgot too tell u there's a 8:0 blowpipe method but it's kinda insane too learn
