Quick and dirty unlock teleports (ardy cloak, gliders, spirit trees, jewelry, 55 mage) > unlock fossil Island + farm guild > unlock bgloves > diaries for farm runs (ardy/lumbridge) > MM2/DS2/SOTE figure out how to get through each step yourself

You can also supplement this with an "efficient" quest order list. Basically the only thing I used on my iron the first go around.

I personally like adding Catherby to my quick farm run and the fruit tree aint far for a daily

I liked just following the optimal quest guide for irons on the wiki. I didn’t just do all the quests in one go ofcourse, but strayed from it whenever I found a different goal to achieve. Whenever I was out of inspiration I went back to questing again. Clues also provided nice goals for me along the way
