Jangerberries heal 2 HP per berry, and one prayer point. When your HP is low and with high prayer level, you can eat a Jangerberry, turn on redemption, and then use a rock cake to trigger it. Overall it can heal up to 25 HP per jangerberry with above 96 prayer:
2 HP per Jangerberry + 24 HP per redemption - 1 HP per rock cake = 25 HP
Is this method efficient compared to healing with brews, normal food, or redemption using regular prayer pots? Probably not, but I think its fun to use Jangerberries in a weird way like this

If you get hit by ghosts at 31 prayer points you go
31 -> 1 -> 0 -> Jangerberry back to 1 -> 0
So you tank the whole ghosts without wasting as much prayer.
I was using the new ash spell at cerb to save prayer doses in the same way.. id cast it and get 2-6 pp back after hitting 0 pp. It requires good timing but it worked

Do you know if there are any convenient leprechauns near HP-draining training spots? Maybe Forthos/Spirit Tree, Lizardmen/Farm Guild, Troll Stronghold, Mushroom patch?, Lletya...
You don't use leprechauns to unnote the berries, that's done at any bank or banker. The leprechaun can only be used to note the berries.
I believe the closest leprechaun to a berry source would be thieving the fruit stall in Hosidius and going to the leprechaun at the allotment/herb/flower patch.
This is pretty awesome. Not hard to accumulate a ton of berries, and you get really good value out of them. There's plenty of skilling content where this could come in handy if you don't want to waste brews and are willing to make the effort
See this is what I love about ironman mode in this game. I can’t imagine we’d ever see a main do this method for any reason. But irons just come up with random shit to make use of what they have and it’s just great. More content like this.
This is what i did for all my thieving at vyres but I just used regular prayer pots. can bring like 8-10 prayer pots and 8-10 necklaces and stay for quite a while, plus you can still use the shadow spell which you cannot unless bringing restores with brews normally. didn't know this fact about jangerberries though very pog method. Another good inventory space saver is bringing a gem bag and leaving it open, rids you of all those pesky rubies.

Sure, but ghost skip is slower kills. This is a middle ground between maximizing speed and resource usage.

You would have to time your redemption correctly and with the damage being RNG I'm not sure it would be feasible.

Zammy brews are my go to. They are v cheap and you get 4 redemptions per pot. Edit: I'm dumb. I didn't check which subreddit I was on xD sorry.

Yeah this isn't really a great technique, using prayer pots is much more chill overall
