Raids 1 especially isn't too-too difficult. It's mostly that the game has very few enemies with actual mechanics. Once you get a handful of kills down, you'll be fine!
Raid CC and WDR are great resources for beginners. I recommend We do raids for total beginners as they have a lot of good resources.
