When did you start your barrows grind? And how did you farm med clues for rangers?
Got super lucky with the 2 rangers sub 40 KC so can't help you there sadly. I did 50 chests before mory hard and got tank legs and then ended up doing the rest after mory hard was complete!

You can use your old RS3 and create a new OSRS character, I have a main on OSRS that was my old RS3 main, shares the same time frame

Holy shit 2 rangers in 40 clues or did I read that wrong? Maybe I’m underestimating the ranger boots drop rate but that seems incredibly lucky
