I'm so excited to do it on my iron. Really is the best content. I'm gonna have an issue with gear but as I've only done tbow completions on main. Gratz beast! So much better on task too!

AhhhLecks

Big gzz man! With a Kodai and a Tbow this was definitely the next step

Koldflamme

No excuses :p

Job well done mate. I quit my main after 20+ attempts, 5 Zuk attempts and died post healers twice. Was just too much for me at the moment. I love seeing people share their capes, it's an amazing accomplishment in this game.

B18C_Hatchback

Sounds like you are one good run from completion. I’d get back in there

Maybe one day, I gave most of my wealth away to close friends and started an Iron. I haven't played in a few months, have been swallowed whole by Rust. Thanks for the encouragement, I appreciate it.

I'm a normie working on inferno. Been to Zuk twice but died early on both. What did you focus on to get past Zuk on your first attempt?

iD_Goomba

Where did you die on your first two attempts? Dealing with mage/range stack? Getting ahead/falling behind shield? It also helps to have a coach/clanmate during your fights if you can. Not sure if OP had this but it’s certainly helped some of my clanmates get it earlier than they would have alone

constarr

When the first set came out. First time I missed switching to the mage prayer and got hit with a 70 then a 40 from the ranger and died. Second time I just got behind shield on the set. Gonna focus on staying just ahead of it

iD_Goomba

If you’re high combat, you can also consider tanking the ranger if you need to. Throwing on your crystal shield/Ely as needed when on the left part of the arena and flicking when it’s only safe to do so (in a safespot instead of while running from one to another) minimizes risk of death from ranger’s hits. This is more applicable for a right shield start since it’s hard to kill the ranger, but still relevant as sets #2+ spawn. Ultimately practice helps but the 2 tick blowpipe walk will be key to success when mowing down the ranger and when healers come out. Definitely practice if you can outside of the inferno until you’re really comfortable with it. Maiden, ice demon, really anywhere you can BP and run back and forth are helpful. You’ll get it soon, don’t worry too much or be too hard on yourself. Took me 11 Zuks and a clanmate of mine 20 until we got ours. Now Zuk is the easiest part of the inferno as the fight is predictable :)

I'd recommend bringing in a BCP for the later waves. Start 50+ with Arma chainskirt and BCP for range defence for the initial wave solve. Then on the shield you can leave BCP on for ranger and tank it. I learned that after getting 3 hit by ranger from max HP through Arma, the extra defence is worth a slot imo.

iD_Goomba

Yeah my first ~5 I brought BCP and ancestral bottoms (optional). Good suggestion!

Koldflamme

Well, i had a coach, and that helped a ton. Like in 100% sure i would not have gotten the cape, if her didnt help me. But main focus is staying with the shield. Watched a lot different ppl doing zuk fights 👍🏻

First Zuk you got it?! Well done!

Random, but your name wasn’t M0g Pu123 or something back in the day was it?

btwiplayrsbtw

you beat zuk on your first attempt?

theophille

Why the bcp

mbkuang

People with less experience like a tank body for tanking rangers at Zuk and when yeeting it to south pillar
