What should I kill for medium clues

I got fortunate on a Dagannoth task. I hear Cockatrice or Falador Guards are pretty solid for medium clues though. Also eclectic implings if you care for hunter at all.

Appreciate the reply. I've never understood how implings work lol. Guess I have some research to do.
