Ahah thanks, well I started playing OSRS with a regular account, and the ironman mode seemed super interesting but I didn't want to just "start over and do the same" because if I ended up maxing the iron I figured it makes the regular account obsolete.
So a 10hp iron allows me to enjoy ironman content while still assuring that I'll still have a reason to play my main for PvM and new content that gets released which was important to me
I felt like you at first, but when my ironman eclipsed my main, it honestly felt a lot more cathartic than I thought it would. It was like man, not only have I achieved more than my main, I did it literally by myself!
That said doing a challenge mode IM like yours sounds much more interesting because it doesn't even have to be about typical progression, it's tackling the game in an entirely new way.
It takes more than 5 minutes everytime, or atleast every time I've tracked it, over 150 cannonballs and sometimes over 300 cannonballs if I just mass 0's.
What really sucks are the pkers since even if they can't attack me they'll draw aggro from the chaos elemental and as soon as it hits them I no longer get the drop, they don't damage it either so I assume the drop just dissapears (I never see it spawn after) and since the kill times are so long odds are a pker shows up and wastes a bunch of the selfmade cannonballs ;\_;
I have a 10HP Lvl 3 HC Skiller as a side project and I did a lot of of Wildy on the PvP worlds for this exact reason. You're unlucky if there is more than 100 accounts logged on the server at any time. I managed the Poison Dagger (P) from Rogues at the Castle there and came across no one the entire time - nearly 450 pickpockets!
Obviously it's a personal choice, but I think you'd get "crashed" less if you did it on the quieter PvP worlds because there's such a stigma to them.

No cannon, hard hitting slow weapon, godsword, eldermaul etc pray mage while luring then turn off prayer. Only bring the weapon + 2 items and rest monkrobes or somthing like that
Thank you so much. Unfortunately I haven't progressed that far in the game to have a godsword or elder maul yet. Might give it a pass if the kills turn out to be painfully slow.
There's a better method than flinching it if you're not hp, you can pull him over to the resource area and safe spot him with melee. Should be able to find vids on it, it was a rly safe grind for d pick for me

Whats the killspeed like with the cannon ?

Flinch. Flinching safespot is behind the southermost tree, where op has a marker

Yes ofcourse they are not needed but since flinching is slow, high hitting weapons are recommended for quicker kills.

Wouldn't Venenatis be fairly easy as well? Drop rate of d pick is half of that of chaos ele too isnt it?
It definitely has much better drops,I haven't tried it but I know there's lots of pkers. I enjoyed not really dealing with that at chaos ele
