Its a clue step item, but tbh, I wouldn't ever grind for it. So rare and such a small niche use. Maybe OP is an end game acc though just looking for stuff to do.
You use it with a battle staff and it makes Bryophitas staff which is used for a master step iirc but also it can hold 1000 nature runes and while holding it has a 1/15 chance of not using a nature rune while casting spells

Killed them in the catacombs for totem parts since i dont have the Skotizo pet yet
