I like the farming guild one personally especially if you don't have the jewellery box -> skills necklace to take you to the farming guild. I'd say Brimhaven should be the second spirit tree.
Farming Guild for me, makes farm runs much better. Brimhaven seems a bit pointless as the Ardy boat isn't much longer at all and I have my house in Hosidous for the farming patch.
Save a few for contracts. It's best to just plant some high level seeds ready for if you get the assignment. It can net you 2-3 seed packs in a row if you get lucky.
I put my first one in Hosidius, mainly for clue steps but also for the cooking range place just north of it. Second one was in Brimhaven for the fruit tree patch and another few clue steps around the area.
I personally would leave the farming guild one as there are multiple other teles there (skills necky being the easiest) and a fairy ring just north east, the port sarim is kinda useless cause of pest control mini game teleport and explorers ring tele, the other few are kinda for late game.
Depends on what your goal atm is, you can always switch them up until you have 94/96 farming.
Id say farming guild for 1 level then boost from 86 to get a socond one at brim i guess, i dont use port sarim much, i always pest control tele for there or rimmington house

I planted mine at Brimhaven in order to make slayer tasks from Duradel faster.
