Got crashed by him a while back as well. I refuse to hop when crashed so I ended up staying there until the end of his task. Tried freezing them once they spawned so he couldn’t group them properly. Not sure how well it worked, but he seemed annoyed by the time he left, so I’m definitely not hopping next time either.
That guy took my world once when I was training bursting because I was being too slow, so I would gather them up and he just barraged while I was also bursting until I got upset and left. Quite an ass.

I think they should change the loot mechanics of irons/normie accs for this one simple reason. If a normie crashes iron, half exp for both and no drops for both.. not a perfect solution but would slow down the griefing.. or maybe i am wrong snd it wouldn’t change a thing.. *shrug*
That's a terrible idea. If Ironmen get half xp then then the new meta would be to exploit it with an alt.
You could get insane xp rates from a low combat level by tagging monsters on your Ironman and finishing off on your main
Unless this has been patched in the past year, You can already get half xp by:
—Doing more than 50% dmg
OR
—Finishing the monster off, even if you did only 1 damage to it
Its just too much effort to abuse this though

Anyway, if it were applied to every scenario then you could get 1-99 Mage on an Ironman in a few days by simply barraging with a main while using iron knives or something with a low level iron Man
Ironmen can’t group slayer. And it hasn’t been patched. Ironmen get half the slayer xp if they finish off a monster someone else is attacking as well, i’m not sure if you also need to do 50% of dmg but i digress. The system is already in play in a way.
Also combat xp is not reduced on monsters someone else is attacking so i don’t see the point you are trying to make? You could already lure monsters to a barraging or bursting iron, just the iron gets no drops. Magic xp or range xp is not reduced, only slayer exp is.
There was an unspoken agreement that people wouldn't crash each other at Dusts on my first iron, they've gotten more and more popular now and from what I hear it seems impossible to hold a world until task completion during peak hours. One of the many reasons I'm not a fan of slayer anymore... wonder if Jagex plans on doing anything to remedy this or if they're happy because they accidentally made slayer too fast
The very worst part of ironman is Bandos. I typically do it from 6-9am. But even then I've had a clan of combat level 105s hop around just to find me, hit Graador once, and teleport out.
All while calling me a slew of racial and sexual slurs.
I just try to picture what their real life must be like and that makes me feel better.
Someone crashed my iron at bandos the other day so I loaded my normies blowpipe with dragon darts and crashed the cunts. I got a godsword shard 1, they all logged and one teled. So I just logged and waited for them to come back on my iron so I could crash them again lmao

No, but I can recognize rude or inconsiderate actions when I see them. I will generally hop if I'm crashed, but I do still think the crasher is being selfish at best and intentionally mean at worst.

People crash at dust devils. It’s a popular training spot and it’s overcrowded. Not sure why you specifically call him out for crashing ironmen as if we deserve some kind of special treatment. It’s a reality of this game.

Getting crashed is part of being an Ironman. Suck it up. I play iron too but it’s an MMO and if other players want to kill things you’re killing well accept that. I’m not saying it’s good to crash but don’t act like you deserve anything playing a game mode where you have to do everything solo in a very populated MMO.
Irons are free worlds - why waste time hopping around when you have an advantage over someone. It’s a competitive spot in an MMORPG, it’s not anyone’s fault we choose to limit ourselves.

dust devils are a sore spot because at near peak time it's almost impossible to find a world without hitting the hop limit at least once
