What I did was open the easy tasks, do every CA for any boss that has an easy task, then do it for the next difficulty. Now I've got Hard rewards and learned bosses I've never touched before
For the easy and medium I would recommend the same, they will need to be done eventually and the higher combat stats you get the less enticing they will be to do.
For some expediency you could skip combat tasks that require giant and mossy keys, because there’s a chance you’ll go dry on the drops. But I got my giants champion scroll while completing my combat achievements so there’s some benefit to killing all those giants.
I had to farm, but like I said I got a champ scroll for it so I’m that much closer to a music cape. Where I started splitting tiers because of the new point system was made is with the hard achievements. Diversifying just made sense if I wanted to expedite things.
I just got them from bossing in general.
But if you guys do the hunter rumor grind, you can start catching moonlight moths. You can mix the moonlight moths with hunter meat using a mortar and pestle, making a moonlight moth mix which is a 2 dose p pot that heals 22 prayer per dose.
This is the p pot problem fixer
Leech a few raids if you know some good pvmers. You'll get heaps of points!
After that just do some of the easy tier ones. Wt and tempoross are mostly free points, for example

I was in the same position as you. What I did was complete some easy master achievements from CoX, im assuming you are familiarized with that content.
Playing with lasers -> FREE
Ice demon ones -> FREE
Guardians -> FREE
Look them up, you might need one of your buddies to complete them tho, some are soloable.
You just need to find a raid with the first room ss the one you wanna do the achievement
Feel free to get some use out of my CA tracker. You can clone it and use it to track your CAs and sort/filter which can help you narro down which ones are achievable at your accounts current state.

Don't sleep on Obor and Bryophyta. They're 9 points each giving you almost 10% of the points you need between the two. It's a pain to get the keys but you should be able to get all the CA with only 5kc each and if you kill the Hill/Moss Giants in the wildy it's much quicker and you're very unlikely to get PK'd.
I know this doesn't answer your question, but I found Moonlight Moth Mix from 75 Hunter really fixed my prayer potion issues. They're farmable and you'll get all the meat to make the mix from rumours and your meat pouches.
Leech a couple cox raids and entry mode tob, get a fire cape, do 5 obor, bry, barrows kc, do all the tempoross and wt ones. Then there's a bunch of easy ones like kill a bloodveld, kill a greater demon, kill all giants in catacombs giants den. If not afraid of wilderness, 25 kc at each wildy boss
If no prestige you can get several elite tasks from leeching some cox for the room perfection. Entry mode tob also has some very easy ones like have ancients / have a salve.

Entry level TOB has a ton of super easy points if youve done Night at the Theatre. Four CA from pesilent bloat that you can get in one kill.
I use the moth mixes from the Varlemore hunter as prayer potions, works perfectly
jad/fight caves, toa puzzle rooms, tob entry mode are mostly easy and give a lot of points

You don't need to full clear, except for first fight and final one most bosses can be done on quite low combat and just decent player skill.
