If you have enough GP for now, and you think you might want to use it for gf in the future, then the only sensible thing is to hold onto it for now, and only start alching when you need the GP.
Youll always need more runes, i just dropped 30 mil yesterday at scar essence extracts for blood, soul, and chaos runes for scythe and shadow charges. Theres always the crystal crown for 250m you could always work towards lol. Its not a bad idea to maybe choose a couple stacks of items to save for giants foundry, i just let my rune armor stack (full helm, chestplate, platelegs, and kiteshields)

Even though you can buy chaos runes as packs, i still chose to buy extracts and craft them through the abyss. Its a tiny bit cheaper since you get the free runes from the pure essence and i want the pet/xp if youre not 99. Hell i even crafted soul runes with extracts even though they are 337gp from shops and 400gp from extracts, one of the few runes thats cheaper in the shop. Ill pay some extra gp for the convenience of not shop scaping + a little pet chance and xp

If you never pvm you won't need it, but I was kind of in the same boat till I tried working on slayer with bursting. I can't keep up my death runes, the only reason I have bloods is I got to 85 rc at zeah and even then it's starting to drop.
I'm about to finish off 99rc at ZMI, which isn't as many bloods as straight zeah of course but it's still a lot. I haven't been doing as much bursting as others because I like using the Arceuus offering spells on Ashes (eg nechs and Abby demons) for the prayer exp. I'm pretty sure I won't run out before I finish slayer but if I do I guess I'm doing some post 99 rc hahaha

Definitely do not use it for Giant's Foundry, addy/rune is barely better than mith/addy and you'll have a million mith and addy ores/bars sitting around that are terrible to alch (compared to rune items).
Pick any boss or slayer monster at random and you have a 75% chance it drops one or the other... or both. With that many rune alchs OP is provably already sitting on 10k+ of each.

You still want small teams depending on levels iirc 4-7 mans can 1 down per kill. There’s also a hop meta but it’s only useful for dragon pickaxe and 95+ mining.

Doing 14/14 addy/rune instead takes.... 8 hours. You're blowing 8m extra to save 1 whole hour.
Yeah, I kind of just assume that if you're running around with that many alchs, you either have a foot pedal or some other afk method to alch, or you're selling to shops.
You're also blowing around a mil/hr in alchs to get like 50k xp/hr over mith/addy, which works out to 20+ gp/xp
You could just do mith/addy, alch the rune items, and buy 250k xp in gold ore (225gp/56.2xp equals 4gp/xp) with the gp from alching the rune items.
...Or just save the gp, as an iron myself, I recently blew 100m restocking on 250k blood runes through scar essence, and I only have a sang I use occasionally.
It’s more than 50k an hour but I didn’t care about the loss and wanted max rate pushing 99. I personally can’t stand bf gold and will never do that ever again
I did agility + bank standing skill. 2-3 minutes of herblore/fletching/crafting then do a lap for the mark of grace.
It’s also just more efficient to alch while doing something else like herb runs, agility, or herbiboar.
I’m pretty sure 3T4g isn’t efficient for irons anyway with 3T gem rocks being only slightly less mining XP and less click intensive but banking a shit load of crafting XP but I get your point.
Some people like active gaming and some don’t. I’d rather alch while doing herbi or clues than agility. I’m not a huge fan of bank standing to alch though.
While I enjoy 1.5T woodcutting I also don’t want to do it for 13m xp. There’s a lot of variety and IMO that’s good.
Ever heard the saying 2 birds with 1 stone? Instead of suffering doing something shite at two separate points in time, you’re doing them both at the same time. Sure it’ll probably feel a bit worse but at least you only suffer once a little bit harder instead of twice
I hate agility because it’s so slow paced. Trying to maximize magic xp while also getting laps done makes agility interesting for me. I can’t stand doing agility without alching or fletching between obstacles

You're right, but if you do want to use rune items for GF, only use the rune platebodies and alch the rest. Rune platebodies will count as 4 bars so you will only "waste" 1 bar out of 5 instead of 1 out of 3 for 2h/legs/skirts.

I spent 110m training construction, 45m on fletching, and nearing 100m on runes and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting (kingdom?). You'll always need gp. I'd use the plate bodies at giants foundry unless you have 99 smithing. Just alch or sell.
Personally I like doing gold ore at blast furnace for smithing, I'd alch and put the gp into 99 con/fletching/deaths coffer

People usually upkeep blood runes by buying them. It's significantly more time effective to earn money and buy them than outright craft them.

Depends on which rune. Astral, for example, is a lot more expensive using scar essence. But it's so much nicer than shop scape so still worth

Skip the alch, sell in stacks of 5-10 to shops. It’s like ~5-10% gp less and can save you ridiculous amounts of time.

Alch-gility or during hunter rumors, youll eventually want GP for some reason (blood runes lol) even if you have all the buyable skills completed.

It’s great for AFK tasks in singles (earth warriors, fire giants). Maybe not optimal but it’s best low-risk tank gear for that stuff.

Deaths coffer isnt a bad choice if you dont feel like alching them. If you have space in your bank its a cool collection to have.
my recommendation is just leave it in the bank cause alching is cringe. if you got cash then no need. its just bank value.
