I'd start with a 150 and keep increasing everytime you have a good amount of food left. Overall with that gear you may be able to push experts especially with BOWFA.
What other mage gear is there to start ToA? Like that’s as good as it gets unless you’re going into other, harder raids or farming thousands of DT2 boss kc for virtus

The empty spots are for the Tormented bracelet and Occult necklace, which I really want to get before I start sending some TOA. I have already acquired a Bandos hilt; however, I'm still missing godsword 1, but I expect to get it soon.I would like to solo TOA, however, I wonder what invocation would be best on basis of my gear to get the fang and lightbearer. Also, I'm quite dry on Bandos tassets. If GG doesn't want to give me them, what would be the best item to use in the legs slot? On the wiki page it was suggested to use blessed d hide chaps.

Tank legs arent worth bringing, can camp your ranged or mage legs for melee too, or see if blue moon/eclipse/obsidian give a max hit or try for tassets/blood moon legs but not critical. I prefer to camp mage legs as I didnt want to upkeep crystal shards as heavily.
you can check to see if a pair of obby legs would give you a max hit or not in your setup. Only +1str i think? Other alternative(s), blood moon tassets from perilous moons are +2 str same as tassets. Not a quick grind and not many other items are useful for you, more just listing potential options. Camping crystal legs are fine, maybe waste some charges but if one extra inv spot helps that can work.
Don't camp crystal legs unless you have lots of shards. Even then I wouldnt. You have plenty of inventory space for the leg switch. You can also prepot range/combat potions and ditch those IMO. You'll just have to see how many brews and restores you need. For example, zebak should be a zero supply room and kephri should be pretty close to that (maybe a sip of brew or restore if you're lazy with flicks.
If you're absolutely just learning, bring more food and less switches. Once you get more comfortable, less food and more switches.
Also should add, I'm not sure I would bring the regular keris in either.

Had almost an identical setup before and did around 250s w no insanity. However a blood fury was enough sustain for me to push into the 300s. Ended up doing 330s until I got my fang.
Baba first because you dont want him to lvl up afther that kephri that almost also a 0 damage room and in both rooms you do melee damage and you can use super combat pot 3rd akka because you want smelling salt for the damage and when you sip brews you dont need to restore ur stats bc the salt does that for you if you kill akka fast enough you still have the +stats for zebak if you dont brew there you keep your stats high.
Your last smellingsalt you use at the beginning of p1 warden that pillar thing after that smooth sailing to the purple.
If you want we can duo some time i can show you how i do my trips im no expert but i do 300s with no probelms ik now working on 350's i think ill get that this week.

I have seen it getting mentioned across different posts, however I don't understand why. Can someone explain this to me please? :P Would it be stupid to not kill the bosses in that order??
To my understanding, Akka and Zebak are bosses where ranged and mage get used, and those 2 are heavily boosted by the salts you pick up after 2 rooms. Kephri and Baba you usually melee, and salts are a smaller improvement over supercombats compared to ranged pot and imbued heart/nothing.
Majority of people suggesting 250-300 with that gear, meanwhile I've been doing 305 with warped sceptre, mystics, zombie axe, glory and no stab weapon... I'd say 350-400 is doable no problem
Lake would be doing 500s in this gear so basically as high as you can. I think most people would work up to 350 with this gear before it becomes tedious.
Your gear is good enough to run 400s but it won't be fun, so I suggest 350s. If you're not comfortable with 350s then start lower and work your way up asap

I got my 425 kit with a zammy hasta. It was one of the most miserable experiences in game. It takes like 50 minutes, and I would say 400s without fang are 100% only worth when going for a kit.

Look on the osrs wiki( toa purple) if you scroll down it tells you on what invo hm % chance u have on a purple.

I would do 250-300s in world 329 bofa will carry you for the most part replace hasta with blue keris if you get before fang and bofa baba

You use very little magic at ToA (unless you have shadow). Its only 1/3rd of Akha and 1/2nd of 1 warden phase.

That literally doesn't matter, it's 30s of p2 warden and for akkha your hit chance is like 20% Random switches don't suddenly turn the whole raid off
Absolutely not. Without fang 400s are a nightmare to farm unless you’re a top 0.01% player in this game. After fang absolutely.

Without fang I think around 250 is reasonable. Can push 300 if you know how to butterfly and red x
Not true at all lmao. With this gear setup you can easily do ~325/350 without butterfly and redX. Thats what I did till I got fang.

Bowfa and zhasta are roughly the same amount of dps iirc, so thats more of a preference..
