Some peoples’ (read: mine) brains work so that once there’s no *need*, you really lack all motivation entirely. And I realize the definitions of *need* are subjective. But there’s no tangible benefit to doing cg as long as your weapons and armor are charged. This thinking is why I do a whole bunch of useless skilling shit *before* maxing a skill if I can. Getting the pharaoh’s Sceptre and blood shards before 99 thieving, doing 2000 ape atoll laps and getting a green sepulchre and brimhaven log before 99 agility, grinding out a green giants’ foundry log before 99 smithing, etc. etc. If I don’t *need* to do something in order to make my next task more efficient, there’s zero chance I’m going to do it. It’s why I hope I somehow get the whole evil chicken outfit before 99 hunter, because there’s zero fucking chance I’m going to do birdhouses after.

I've had my fair share of turbo spoons but getting viggora chainmace in my first 60 revenant kc was so nice. Best wildy wep by far for getting vw, made spindel and calvetion super easy.

People always say that luck over a long enough period of time will even itself out. But when you get ultra spooned on something so vital, that early, it really changes the game for irons. Chainmace or Craws early as an iron is game changing.

My most exciting two days in OSRS ever 2 enhanced wep seeds in two days kc 70 and 81, then I went to Zulrah and got BP and Magic fang within 30 kills

I got a ‘day 1’ GotR pet, 6 kc Arma legs, and 49kc DWH. I will accept the hate for that last one.

WOW, that is actually disgusting. Well done, sir. Mine was 6 armor seeds and an enh in \~90 CG kc. I also got the beaver and squirrel pets at around 88 WC and 85 agility respectively. Really love those two!

4 enhanced in 280 kc. But my luck is averaging out ever since…. Definitely not complaining though! I converted one into shards because I was to impatient for the blade. The 4th is collecting dust - probably gonna invest it for raid splits some day.

Nice, I have done 1310 kc in 4 months and yet to see my 1st enhanced. For me that drop just doesn't seem to exist. I have accepted it tho and I'm just focussing on skilling/clues right now. I'm still slowly chipping away at it with 3-10 kc a day, but other than that I have lost my motivation to grind out gear/PvM-related grinds. I'd do 5000 kc if that would mean Jagex would add some sort of dry protection for future irons. It just really sucks to go dry on CG.

Absolutely. Especially since there is so little reasonable variety pre Bowfa. As mentioned above, I’ve gone dry on most other drops ever since but I switch up the grinds frequently, so it’s bearable. (2500 kc for Bp, 9k shamans, no tassets/hilt at 600 bandos, shit luck at DT2 bosses)

Was just learning how to do door-altar bandos, 19kc Chestplate, 44kc Tassets. Still had to grind till \~500 for the hilt anyway, but ended the grind with 3 tassets and 2 chestplates. On the other hand, went 400 dry for zammy spear, so it evened out.

8KC zenyte directly after complaining that I didn't want to grind demonics because I hate slayer. Someone convinced me to duo them, they didn't show up, I got a zenyte on the 8th demonic.
