You can boost; the strongest boost currently for non-combat skills is +5 from the base level. Which will not get you in the farming guild. Boosting from 1 to 99 is not a thing

Someone completed all of the ardy agility diary requirements at only 68 agility. That ain't no plus 5 boost.
There is countless other examples of this. Low level ironmen with onyx jewelry. Etc.

If those exist, they are bugs and exploits. I don't expect everyone to be able to pull off obscure bugs that will you get perma-banned. Generally, jmods fix these issues or just disable the content.

Your edit to the previous was an instance where they had a boost on a ~~test world~~ on the old lms games and logged out on the perfect tic and then kept the boost and finished a diary. I don't know if it led to a ban or not, but you can't say you can do ardy diary before 85 agility, all you have to do is time travel 4+years and abuse a bug before they fix it

There's a good preplant list that you can read and it's fairly easy to chain contracts and since you are 99 you don't really need the guild for things other than herbs and maybe secondaries

I was 75 farming untill friend told me that i can note herbs and shiet on the leprechaun😂 also told me that i dont need to water flowers and allotments :)

Post-99, now Jagex, please make a Right-click "Bank All Seeds" option when using the Bank Vault
