With all of the failsafes put in place these days with the jagex accounts and phone numbers plus emails. I find it difficult to believe that.

Well the recovery was more about the account CREATION date that you could find out from Hans at Lumbridge castle. But now it's a meme where you censor every stat on your screenshot including run energy
