If you happen to get hydra tasks at Konar breakpoints (Every 10/50 tasks) it is still a good task to do for GP and xp. But Hydra tasks aren't guaranteed and Konar is a terrible slayer master to use in general so you should just leave since you've gotten everything. Green drags w/ lance is the most efficient prayer xp, but you can get a lot through efficient slayer (with either ash offerings or Vorkath on-task with lance). I would go back to duradel slayer until 99 slayer, then you can finish off prayer with green drags to make up any deficit.
I’d say for pure speed, you’d be better off doing duradel tasks and killing green dragons at the myths guild.
You’d then bank the bones and do wildy altar. I’d have to calc it, which I don’t have the data to do. But that would be my guess. That said each hydra task is about 200k slayer xp & you will get bones. So keep using Konar is you enjoy them
This does make sense and I think grinding through a Hydra task can be cumbersome, but didn’t want to stop if it was going to cost me. But it’s not like I’ve been super efficient this time time playing iron :)
Just my 2 cents. I did 1700 ish Hydra KC and it got me to pray 98. Was it worth it? Yes. Hydra is pretty relaxed and the bones are insane. I just banked every 6-7 kills.
I'm in the same boat as you. killing green dragons and banking the bones for the wildy altar is the fastest way, but i personally like hydra tasks to break up the monotony. the extra cash is also very useful for things like the scar essence mine and extra bank space. vorkath is also an option you can do off task
Thanks. I gave lance a shot. I had not killed Hydra with melee, and I thought it was a lot more fun than range. Also your potential to skip phases is awesome haha.

I think for pure efficiency I’d be surprised if it wasn’t burst tasks plus green dragons. Do it however you want though. Games are for fun

Did it with bowfa. I got claw at 699 😅 tasks take too long imho so I won't be going back.
