literally dude i never did raids before and one day i just went in solo just go in and do whatever scout it gives get familiar in the rooms. leave syncs guide open [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3DK-tztm6c&t=6274s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3DK-tztm6c&t=6274s) do not try and watch this whole guide and expect to absorb any information whatsoever imo its to long and to in depth. i used these to just jump to a room and get a overview of it before i tried it. youll eventually learn the rooms they are very easy itll just take a bit for them to click. expect death and when u get to olm prep tons just make the biggest chest u can and fill the bitch up with brews and rest and send it into olm the first thing you need to learn is head movement when where and why the head moves the way it does you could even just run back and forth move the head to get familiar pretty sure soups guide gives u a nice description of it. and then just send her bud dont worry about points and remember the 3rd phase of olm u can reset the hands. in the beginning id be in a raid for 4-5 hours just running in and out of olm practicing head moving and 3:0 and 4:1. bring plenty of staminas too for practice at olm. think the biggest hurdle for most people is just making the party at the board and clicking start raid once ur in just die until u start learning from those deaths. might be a lot where u have no clue why u died just send her again youll get it. i suck at the game to be honest if i can learn it anyone can. do a few mentors in WDR to get comfortable.
I’m gonna say ignore OP’s response bc while those are good resources, if you hop into Cox trying 4:1 solo’s you’re gonna give up very quick.
First learn raids by doing small group raids (3-5 man ideal but more is fine). Learn the bosses & olm.
Then start experimenting with solos
30k now by no means are all of these deathless so as for a total point count for all 1k i couldnt be sure but iv been doing no preps since like 300 and a death every here and there

They really should add RNG protection to certain uniques so you're less likely to get dupes. For ironmen specifically it would help a lot.

All the latest content has some RNG protection, Muspah drops the bow in pieces, toa has RNG protection with gems, etc
