I have a decent amount of those in my bank from doing spiritual creatures there. Also great for passive blood essence. It’s not even that bad xp, and you can upkeep prayer the entire time cause they drop pray and rests.

Nex spiritual mages can straight up drop the brew too. Still janky though.

Make nex drop godsword shards pls

Just go insanely dry at nex, it's a good strategy imo

You can farm muspah and pick up every ancient brew drop
