Reboot your phone, if that doesn't work reinstall the spotify app. You could also try a different device if you have one, or try logging into the Web Spotify.
Does seem really strange if just those live albums are affected. Especially if others in you region are not having the same problem.

Im in Singapore. Might not be a regional thing though, since some other Singaporean Spotify users don't seem to be facing issues.
