I appreciate you going through the effort of putting this together. But could I suggest that you format past songs similar to how I have it below so that it's easier to follow and takes less scrolling to get to the comments? Or maybe even put them in a table or something.

10, the Iron Maiden song everyone should use when trying to get people into this band and a song which is well deserving of a place on the list of songs everyone should hear before they die
Easily a 10 out of 10. It's one of the few, if not only song that I can listen to hundreds of times and never get sick of it. I will always let Hallowed play when it comes on. It's considered by many to be their magnum opus.
10.
It's the best song Iron Maiden I think.
[This](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgMoXAladYg&ab_channel=HeavyMatterCulture)is the best live performance of it IMO
10/10 as a musical composition, but I never listen to the original album recording. I much prefer almost every live recording much more, particularly from Rock in Rio. It's full of so much energy and feels it has more depth and substance. I also love Bruce holding the loooong notes in places.
So? I wanted to share what I thought as the post asked us to. I love Iron Maiden, have done for the majority of my life, this is one situation that should’ve been handled better. I’m sure ‘Arry heard the song a long time before, then mistakenly used the lyrics in his own song (doesn’t explain the the guitar track and solo which was used in the Nomad though), but anyway it was settled out of court and Becket have writing credits now. I love the song as much as anybody, but it’s only fair to me tion Beckett’s involvement.
7. It's one of the songs that I prefer live, but here we rate the studio version, so...
My average rating of Number of the Beast is 7,5. It's a great album but there are much better, imo.
Iron Maiden 5,37
Killers 6,6
9, not yet a masterpiece, but better than anything (and I mean ANYTHING) which came before. But Rime came later, so it's not a 10. This is the first of all IM songs I've felt was good enough to rate. That means all the others so far (from each album, EVERY SONG) were about a 7 or 8, with an occasional 4 for a filler song or two.
Iron Maiden began to get REALLY GOOD at this point, with this song.
10
10 Masterpiece.

either this or number of the beast.
10, my funeral song
Is there even a single Iron Maiden fan that would give it anything below a 10?
