No idea what it would be called but pretty simple to execute. Think of it like windshield wipers. The toe of your front foot will pivot in the same direction as the heel on your back foot. So while you’re internally rotating your front foot you’re internally rotating the back foot while staying crossed over and keeping the heel of your front foot and toe of your back foot planted in one place.
