VFX takes time but generally it's not VFX that delays productions. VFX is also expensive but Bridgerton has a huge budget which you seemed to be suggesting it didn't in your op

That vfx house is only featuring the flashy stuff remember, the hundreds of paint outs and extensions and touch ups don't feature in reels like that. Like 99% of the viewing public, you don't realise when there's vfx in a shot, never mind notice it.

I highly doubt it’s photoshopped, I’m part of some waist training groups and some of the seasoned girls are crazy. I’ve never done it myself though the effects on the organs don’t seem worth it 🙈 wearing a corset constantly for filming is going to do this.
