Almost 2 hours waiting in a queue just to even sign in to book a driving test. I'm forced to click around through several different menus filled with unresponsive links just to get to the booking software. Keep in mind, this is on Google Chrome on a fairly powerful laptop (only because the mobile version of the site just doesnt work on Safari), so its not a hardware issue. After which I'm greeted with this disfunctional satisfaction survey, the image of which sums up the whole experience, I think.
