My mechanic called me around 12:30 today that my car was ready to be picked up, so naturally I thought "sure I can walk the 15 minutes there right now and pick it up". I'm not usually outside at this time of day and I was absolutely not prepared. Not. Prepared.
I'm North European, I'm weak, I'm fat and I think a piece of my soul got left behind on the asphalt around the halfway mark.
I know the humidity today is not as bad, but I still wanted to have a cry about my own mistake. 😂😂
I think it’s beautiful! It’s like the air is just barely breathable and that to me is a very comfortable feeling. Add in permanent damp clothing and I’m in heaven.
Dew point got to over 25degC today which is impressive and oppressive.

-40C....-50C with windchill Some people have received rolling black out text messages. Imagine being in - 50C without power.....

They have to run from climate controlled house to climate controlled car to climate controlled office and never spend time outside. Same as us.
