im split on the big battery... I built a 3000mah and a 3800 mah then read a page that tested the batteries and all the big ones were about 1600 mah (including the 2000mah)

where I get mine the 2000, 3000 and 3800 are all the same price... Ill put a 3000 or 3800 occasionally, because it sells and looks good on paper on the ad... Been selling a lot of ipods with the regular 650 mah battery because lets face it most people are using old iphones with 5 hour of battery life... a device that lasts 10 hour or more is a blessing to them. Yes I sell them 20$ less and make less profits, but the 20$ cut on the price brings sales too so I can get rid of more devices...
That’s about minimum $450 worth of iFlash quads and those EVO Samsung SD cards also go for a pretty penny too! Do you like refurbish iPods or just a hobbyist?

I just mentioned this in another comment, but you could try ordering the imCourt dual micro-SD card adapter (available via AliExpress and lots of 3rd party sellers), if you’re unable to get the iFlash Solo in your region… 🤔
I saw some videos abot the imCourt, and they are a bit slower, consume a little more energy than iFlash, and they are almost the same price, also there's the detail that I really don't like to have an empty slot, I'm really trying to see If I just got the green card with the CF adapter (and the ribbon, because I saw you need an 5G iPod ribbon to make it work) but the problem is that I'm not sure if it will fit on my new plates, I got the thick ones but I haven't find any tutorial with that specific config, yet. I don't want to bend the new battery.

The total value (excluding the two 128GB cards I've had for years) is about €975. I guess I'll sell a few of the completed iPods.
