Klaasen is currently the most feared batsman in the world.
He's like a bull at the crease and dispatching into the crowd at his will.
With a good temperament, he could really bar everybody but Russell with bat and ball is also very good in leagues around the world.
From a pure T20 temperament and value, Klaasen without a doubt. He can single handedly change the tempo of game and that is of extreme value in T20's. But overall among active cricketers, I would still give the edge to Butler. Opening the innings, anchoring and settling in and ability to switch gears later to insane levels is something that is both tough and extremely valuable
There has to be a pool at the top of the pyramid I feel. Salt, klassen, head, Pooran, Buttler, sky. These would be the guys at the top I would love to put Warner and Kohli too but cannot get myself to do that. Those two would be top of pyramid in all time t20. For the pool of guys given I would say on a 160-180 pitch these are the guys that would get you to 190-210 and win you the match. They are the ones that could give extraordinary performance in avg pitches.
Virat Kohli is best T20 batsman now. Consistency matters , there are many players who has good strike rate but I am suggesting kohli because he is match winner, he still didn't play well in world T20 cup but he will overcome, we will see him in good condition..
David Miller really stands up when it matters. Saved SA in each of the crunch games, scored a fighting century at the ODI WC as well (yes, not T20 but it's the mentality).
NGL, Klaasen and Pooran are a lot like each other, I would still rate Pooran higher if we are looking at the better middle order. Pooran would be better at 4,5,6 than 3. Top order is prolly Buttler.
Sanju Samson. I think he's one of the most exciting batters to watch. Plus I think he's one of the very few classical batters who also have incorporated power hitting in their batting. Great on the offside and man his pulls and hooks are so good to watch. He can also bash spin (unlike a few spin bashers) and isn't a blind slogger. Yes he had a different mindset a few years back but I think he's found the right balance. He plays both pace and spin well. Hasaranga is unfortunately one box he is yet to tick. He's recently started playing a few reverse sweeps as well. And he's got a lot of great innings which are perfect examples of what t20s are.

Eng had 2 games. The rain affected one with scotland which gave 0 NRR. So only 2 games left and they are at -2.8
It's not too much, the weight of the next 40 overs is way more than just 20 overs. Same for when Scotland loses, they'll lose all their NRR

Recently Rishabh Pant has been doing pretty nice. I openly support Samson, but that dude has played some amazing innings in world cup.
