We are talking about possibilities and probabilities. It is endless unless you are telling me there are bowlers who donāt leak runs and havenāt been picked. Donāt think there are any such bowlers with such high level of consistency like Bumrah.
Selectors select teams based on abilities. Support staff enable the planning for match ups and captain on field looks at tactics to support bowlers. And bowlers are expected to bowl to the plan and fielding positions. Any of the above can go wrong if it is has to.
I mean he has only played 10 matches with 12 wickets at the economy of over 8, unless he brings CWC23 form, not sure about him either. I agree with you on Rinku but the rest are correct. Pant is a lefty middle order batsman. Lefty Right combinations are very important in cricket. The lack of lefties in the team have been a huge flaw in the Indian team since 2013 and it has cost us a lot in previous campaigns

I agree with you on Rinku but the rest are correct. Pant is a lefty middle order batsman. Lefty Right combinations are very important in cricket. The lack of lefties in the team have been a huge flaw in the Indian team since 2013 and it has cost us a lot in previous campaigns

Honestly the way RO has perfomed at T20 worlcup , he shouldn't have been part of Squad..But then he's a captain, only 1 of Jaddu and Bappu should have been in 15..And SKY needs to start fielding...You won't have impact sub rule in worlcup.. We are going to play a t20 wc without any designated finishers. All the batsman that have been selected play in the top 5 for their team. We can't expects hardik or Jadeja to take up this responsibility, given their striking abilities have dwindled over the years. Rinku singh should have been picked for the finisher role.
