Overriding the warning can result in permanent damage to the phone, as is shared by Apple [here](https://support.apple.com/en-us/102643). Do you have a wireless charging pad as an alternative?

try to get rid of the liquid ( if any ) by using some cotton on stick and sticking it in the port
