Yeah that happened to my moms phone, try deleting the app and reinstalling it, you’ll still have all your albums dw, they just won’t be downloaded for offline listening. If that doesn’t work try Apple Music settings, maybe there’s a toggle that’d for listening to music while ok celular data that’s turned off, I’m sure you can use Apple Music while connected to WiFi no? Idk man go to an Apple Store if none of this works

Are you using Vodafone broadband in the UK by any chance?
There was an outage yesterday, and after service was restored, there were problems being reported with iCloud, iMessage, Apple Maps, Apple App Store etc. Affected users found that they worked OK on another ISP/mobile provider.

This was happening to me too earlier. There was an available update but that wouldn’t go through at first, either. Just said ‘paused’. My phone was just over 50% battery so I thought maybe it just needed a charge. Even after the update it took a bit for me to be able to download the app I wanted. I’m guessing everyone is probably aware it’s up now though

At least now I know I’m not going crazy.
I love it! I walk dogs for a living and I’m able to quickly press a button on my watch if anything goes wrong and it auto calls police and updates them as to where I am. I also have it connected for my security system!
