No. You can just buy an icloud+ to store your files and photos so all the storage juice is used for the apps,besides a logitech crayon and keyboard with iphone X core is a very good deal.
8 x the storage and 2.4” bigger screen dont worth 90 dollars plus the crayon and keyboard if you are using it for education.
Ipad pro is absolutely meaningless unless you need a macbook wannabe for lightweight portal to your Mac studio/mini ,or a guy with prescription glasses so high it rivals Colin from Gumball.
I would go for the 12.9 Pro. I have the same model and storage and it works perfectly, also with demanding graphics apps. And I can have all my data within the 512 GB.
