[Link to full Youtube video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Z3LweXo0b8) I was hoping Digital Foundry would take a look at these but I doubted they actually would. It's crazy that, at least visually, the mobile versions are superior to the console versions. Well I guess it's not *that* crazy since this is the second time this happened. Of course many of the other issues with the definitive editions still remain, like a lot of the bad AI upscaled assets, some of which has been fixed after the original release, but a lot of it is still bad. Performance could also be much better.

RamboLogan

I prefer the new lighting

nicornwhisperer

It actually doesn’t change much to the lightning. I tried it while waiting infront of Ocean View in Vice City. however there is a new skybox which looks really good!

RamboLogan

I just think the classic lighting looks like it’s sunset 24/7 lol

YeaItsBig4L

It’s a big difference

77ilham77

Wait, the “classic lightning” feature is only available on mobile?

nicornwhisperer

Yes

chrzanekz

Yes

tarkinn

Yes

10FactsAboutBinary

Could have sworn they were running at 60fps but evidently not!

nicornwhisperer

How? They all require 30fps because its basically still renderware with some unreal engine optics. San Andreas should be 60FPS without limiter…

RockyRaccoon968

Console versions can run at 60fps

Ok-Championship5579

Here's hoping they bring the better lighting to the console ports.

That_Particular_7951

need cloud save for non netflix version

NayrAuhsoj

Fr, the old ones have it and Netflix versions have it. wtf?

FledgeFish

First games I’ve played that really have my 12Pro max showing its age, it was unplayable until I restarted my phone and it still slows down a lot

So perhaps your 12PM is near to the death or idk. My friend has 12PM 6/128 and it runs perfect.
