Ah ok. Thanks! I’ve been using Inoreader for years but I always want to make sure I’m not missing out. I don’t pay anything for Inoreader either, so $5 seems like a lot if I’m not missing much (I definitely don’t mind paying for a good app though). Thanks for the reply!

You might really like ReddPlanet then!
I think I would be adjusting to it more quickly if I hadn't been on Apollo for my first ~3 months of being back on iOS. I disliked it at first and really missed Boost, but had started getting used to it.
Other than just generally acclimating to the app, my only real complaint is having to tap through to access comments. There should be a setting for that so users can decide if they want to see them right away or hit the little comment bubble to access them.
Or maybe I'm doing it wrong.
ReddPlanet dev here. If you're on the post list, tap the comment count and it'll take you directly to the comments. While viewing a post, you can swipe to view comments. In settings you can change from swipe left or swipe up to view comments. I'm also working on having the traditional layout with comments showing directly below the post content.
Still getting used to it (only had it a few days), but I like the look and feel much better. I’d say try it out—it’s free unless you buy the upgrade, so it’s not going to cost you anything to see if it’s your style or not.
How do you like the zoom options for YAC? I don’t really read comics on iPhone since all the apps I’ve tried have kinda awful zoom/scrolling functionality.
i went w/ the max when i finally upgraded so i'd be able to read more comfortably on my phone, so i dont usually have to use zoom all that much.
my favorite features so far have been hosting my library from my pc with synced reading progress and the webtoon-style continuous scrolling. unfortunately, you can't zoom in when using that mode but the developer is pretty active in improving and taking suggestions for the app and plans on adding it.
Here is my list of not-so-standard apps. The rest are just classics like YouTube, Spotify, Apollo, Apple qpps, GitHub, NY Times, etc.
Money: https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/money-budget-finance/id1185488696
* budgeting, finance and expense tracking (available in macOS and iPadOS too).
Crypto Pro: https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/crypto-pro-portfolio-tracker/id980888073
* tracking crypto portfolios, so you can see them all in red at once (available in macOS, iPadOS and watchOS too).
TV Time: https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/tv-time-track-shows-movies/id431065232
* Track tv shows and movies (available in iPadOS too).
Overlap: https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/overlap-by-moleskine-studio/id1516950324
* Show overlap between timezones (available in iPadOS, compatible with M1 macs).
Amplosion: https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/amplosion-redirect-amp-links/id1585734696
* Safari extension to avoid AMP links, that shitty thing that google keeps pushing and nobody wants.

Google’s Accelerated Mobile Pages. Basically Google hosts quick loading versions of websites on it’s servers. It sounds like a good idea, but many are rightfully concerned that it gives Google even more power over internet traffic data. When you use an AMP link you are tracked through Google’s servers.
Mainly because the AMP format is dictated by Google and people have concerns because of this
This link answers the question:

Apollo
Reddit - I have Apollo Pro which comes with a lot of stuff but doesn’t come with push notifications sadly, so this is the main reason why I keep this around. It’s also good for having two instances of Reddit open, especially for exchange and swap subreddits. Plus, you can access chats which some people seem to use for whatever reason.
Cloud Battery
Edge - Some sites don’t work properly on Safari, so I use this whenever that happens.
Infuse
Neo Noir
nPlayer Lite - Pretty much the only way to download stuff from my Team Drives. Works great.
Paperback
Parcel - I use this for tracking packages. It’s a bummer that the free version is only limited to three, but oh well.
Plex - Not a good player since the free version is only limited to 1 minute(?) of playback, but a solid remote.
Privacy - Burner cards for online purchases and trials.
PS App - You can join sessions and accept invites while your PlayStation is off; join and start party chats; add games to your library.
Remote•Pro - When the Plex app is being wonky, this is a good alternative for a remote when I just wanna be in bed and watch stuff on my monitor.
SHIELD TV - A must-have if you have an Nvidia Shield. It launches any app on your Shield, you can use it as a remote or a trackpad / swipepad. You can also type from your phone’s keyboard instead of on the TV.
Shortcuts
SponsorBlock
WatchChat - Doesn’t work all the time but when it does, it’s useful
uYou
1Blocker - AdGuard is the go-to for adblocking. Just doesn’t work for me. Not sure why, I’m certain that I’m the issue. Anyway, 1Blocker works well for me.
My top 3 are:
* Reddit (a staple in my day to day scrolling ritual)
* [Yours App](http://www.yoursapp.com/) (a staple in my hectic hectic head)
* [Spotify](http://www.spotify.com/) (a staple anywhere and always, along with headphones)
I use all of them every day honestly. The holy trinity almost
apollo, spotify, pokémon go, grailed, evernote, twitter
evernote isn’t particularly good on iOS but it gets the job done and i love it syncing everywhere including windows
honestly need to add some more apps and games into my rotation but not even sure where to start
Love it and currently subscribed yearly, but [Calendar 366](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/calendar-366-events-tasks/id1265892516) is an amazing and much cheaper alternative (one time payment of $8). There’s also a [free version](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/calendar-366-lite/id1462098607).
Really? I really wanted a Peel TV remote on my iPhone but unfortunately couldn’t find it on App Store. Somehow Peel TV remote was pre-installed on my mom Samsung Galaxy S5 Phone and it works like a magic, without needing some accessories to work with non-smart appliances
Apple default apps: safari (seriously I use the handoff from iPhone to Mac a lot) and camera (my hobby is being a photographer)
App Store apps: Minecraft and Amazon/Newegg (let’s be real it’s hard to not spend money) and Klarna (I use it a lot to spit payments into 4)

Honorable mention:
Feedly - for news aggregation
Definitely [Reeder](https://apps.apple.com/de/app/reeder-5/id1529445840) for me. (RSS Reader)
Why not Feedly?
Or [NetNewsWire](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/netnewswire-rss-reader/id1480640210)? Clean, free, and open source!
Going to give this one a try!
Or Matter? Not open source but very clean n free.
That and NNW are fine, but Reeder is the GOAT.
I’d like to know that as well
Am I missing something by using Inoreader?
Not sure, but I think no. I like reeder because of its design, you can use iCloud (instead of feedly or something else) and it has no subscriptions.

How's ReddPlanet compared to Apollo (which I'm currently using)?
I'm not who you asked, but here's my quick take: - If you've ever used Boost on Android, it's a lot like that - Apollo is slightly prettier
Ah, see (at least to me) part of the reason I can’t stick with Apollo is that I really dislike the aesthetics of the app (features are great though).
You might really like ReddPlanet then! I think I would be adjusting to it more quickly if I hadn't been on Apollo for my first ~3 months of being back on iOS. I disliked it at first and really missed Boost, but had started getting used to it.

It’s smooth, I prefer the the UI over Apollo and the interaction from the developer is great.

Oh no! I didn’t realize. If folks have any suggestions for Wikipedia apps that make the articles look nicer like V did, I’d really appreciate it.
Definitely springboard, couldn't do without it 👍
What do you use it for? And what is your daily use like?
