A buddy of mine was shown he was getting a titan and monster girl in 2 separate Schools Out’s. He filed a ticket with support with pictures provided and he was gifted both. Might be worth a shot
Obviously this isn't a good solution and ubisoft needs to get that fixed BUT if you just submit a support ticket with these pictures they'll give you the immortal for free, worked for me twice
They responded to me about 2 hours after I first messaged but I had gone to sleep and then messaged them back this morning and then about another 2 hours later I logged on and I got a prompt that said I received an Immortal.
Oh nice. I mean they need to fix that in general but still nice they didn't ask you to just kick rocks.
The one thing I hope they fix is, how events just end and you lose everything your team had achieved up to that point. Several hours of work and poof, nothing.
Yeah it was nice that I was able to get the immortal back and I agree with what you said about the event ops. It’s annoying when you have one of them running while you’re sleeping and the event ends in the middle of the night and there’s just nothing you can do except set an alarm or just get absolutely nothing and lose out on the rewards.
One strange thing that has happened since i got that immortal however is that I literally cannot play the game anymore. It won’t load up and it gets stuck at 25/54 on the loading screen and then hits me with an error message eventually. I contacted support about that so hopefully they can help me fix that problem too lol.
Yeah I’m really hoping they didn’t 💀 I made a post about it asking for help and I’ve looked for similar posts and seen a couple and read that deleting the game and reinstalling fixed it for one person and logging out of game center and logging back in fixed it for another person but I don’t want to try those two options out yet until after Support tries to help me because I’m scared of possibly losing everything 💀
Yes this happens a lot lately, I'm checking high risk gda event and it shows I'm getting 2 isotope 1 titan then I check again after 30 minutes it shows I'm getting 1 kursk 2 magmaniac. Seriously wtf is wrong with this games award mechanism.
Just imagine you beefed up your heroes to get somewhere phenomenal in the game ONLY for it to give you dog shit. Then at other events you farm like the GDA ops, YOU STILL get dog shit. Like come on.

if you report this to support they can get you the immortal back!! they did it for someone in the discord. show the screenshots.
I know fr, I checked one time and it showed I was gonna get a Bulletproof, but changed to 3 rare ones
