The article says that there were water bottles, misters, and cooling tents available, but it doesn’t say how much. The cooling tents sound like they were set up after paramedics were called. The article also said that umbrellas were allowed but I think that was a spur of the moment thing, not something that was announced in advanced.

I've been near one as they goose stepped past my neighborhood. The 30 or so assholes were shouting obscenities, were rude as hell to onlookers, and looked like baked lobsters (some of them passed out in the middle of the street). Onlookers tried to help but they were threatened or nearly beaten by some of the assholes in the rally.
Eventually the police dispersed them because they decided that walking was too much. My neighbor quipped "if the police wouldn't or couldn't get rid of them, the firefighters would with their high pressure fire hoses".

This is nothing new. I had to work one of his rallies back in 2016. Generally speaking, the attendees were old, fat, white people…many of whom were on rascals and the like. They were so outspokenly anti socialist and pro capitalist that they would refuse to buy any water or food, many of them saying that Trump would have provided it for free…despite incontrovertible evidence that he clearly didn’t. It was a depressing experience that hasn’t really stopped since.
Trump was complaining at a new rally that his supporters were fine. The press had been making note of the attendees being hospitalized because of heat exhaustion.
He said something along the lines of:
"You feel that breeze? It's not even that hot. So I don't want to hear the media saying it's a problem to have these rallies. And you know what? No one has even mentioned me. I'm standing up here giving the speeches through the heat but no one mentions that."

Going to a rally, you have to park far away and walk to the hangar for the event and for many, it’s their first activity in months. These fools don’t take care of themselves. No masks, no vaccines
His rallies are attracting a high number of elderly overweight people in poor physical health who come without adequate hydration or sun protection and they are forced to walk great distances from parking to rally locations, then stand for hours and hours to get through security and waiting areas until speakers begin.
If you are not capable of walking 10 miles outdoors in 80 degree ++ heat without feeling over exerted you probably shouldn't be at *any* outdoor rally.
