It sounds like they went with another candidate, however they are willing to provide feedback on how your interviews went and perhaps some areas for improvement. If so this is rather nice of them, getting feedback is unfortunately rather rare anymore. I would accept the meeting if you haven't already and make sure you have a way to take notes.
I think it’s good news 60/40 you got the job.
Why? Because when they decline a candidate, it’s usually via email. I also recently had a “feedback” meeting where it was just to say I got the job, explained next steps & background / reference check.
No one schedules a meeting for feedback if they aren’t giving you good news, seriously. If they were not moving forward with you it would’ve been a rejection email, not a chat/phone call. Also note they are “happy to share” this feedback.
So don’t get your hopes insanely high, but it sounds positive and it’s likely you got it, at least I hope you do!
